• No return or exchange for sale-price items

Condition of items

All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including all tags, in order to be eligible for return. We are unable to accept items that are scratched, altered, worn, and not returned in their undamaged original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund, if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Your happiness with your order is our priority. In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please contact us in this particular case providing your order number.

Refunds

If eligible, we will process your return for a full refund in the original form of payment within 72 hours.

Return shipping costs

Please note, returns must be from the same country that your order was delivered to. The costs of the return must be paid by the customer. Additional insurance is not required.
