2. Please pack the items to be returned or exchanged in the shipping box and seal the parcel carefully.
3. We recommend to use a registered delivery service so that your package can be traced by a tracking number, in the event it may become lost. The costs of the return must be paid by the customer. Additional insurance is not required. Please send the parcel to the following address:
